MTR Medhu Wada

MTR Medhu Wada Crisply fried golden rice rings. Serve hot with MTR Sambar and coconut chutney. Transfer the content of the foil pouch into the microwave safe bowl, microwave on high for 1-2 minutes and serve hot. Transfer Vadas from the tray onto an absorbent paper to remove surface ice / water. Then transfer the Vadas into heated refined oil (about 1850C) in a frying pan carefully (avoid spattering). Deep fry till golden brown. Serve the hot Vadas with Chutney.
