Idli Sambar Masala - Idli Sambhar Masala

It is used for making the traditional south Indian sambar or rasam or daal. It has a slight tangy taste.
Ingredients: red chilly, coriander seed powder, Bengal gram powder, cumin powder, turmeric,
black pepper powder, raw rice powder and curry leaves.
